Studentombud ved Noroff Høyskole
Studentombudet er en uavhengig og nøytral bistandsperson som gir studenter ved Noroff Høyskole råd og hjelp i saker knyttet til studiesituasjonen. Studentombudet har taushetsplikt, tilbudet er gratis og det er helt uforpliktende å ta kontakt.
Studentombudet kan
- Undersøke om Noroff høyskole holder seg innenfor regelverket i behandling av dine saker og at dine rettigheter blir ivaretatt
- Være en nøytral, uavhengig instans mellom deg som student og Noroff høyskole i en eventuell konflikt
- Være behjelpelig i klageprosesser
- Hjelpe deg med å forstå dine egne rettigheter og plikter.
Studentombudet kan ikke
- Ta parti
- Avgjøre saker
- Instruere eller bli instruert av enheter eller beslutningsorganer ved Noroff høyskole
- Være en klage- eller ankeinstans for saker som allerede er behandlet og gjort av andre enheter eller beslutningsorganer ved Noroff høyskole.

The Student Ombud is an independent and neutral support person who provides students at Noroff University College with advice and assistance in matters related to their study situation. The Student Ombud is bound by confidentiality, the service is free of charge, and contacting the Ombud is completely non-binding.
The Student Ombud can:
Verify whether Noroff University College complies with regulations in the handling of your case and ensure that your rights are safeguarded
Act as a neutral and independent body between you as a student and Noroff University College in the event of a conflict
Provide assistance in complaint processes
Help you understand your own rights and obligations
The Student Ombud cannot:
Take sides
Decide cases
Instruct or be instructed by units or decision-making bodies at Noroff University College
Serve as a complaints or appeals body for cases that have already been processed and decided by other units or decision-making bodies at Noroff University College
